In the case in which Eyeglasses.com does refuse to sell articles or provide services to a customer, Eyeglasses.com is not required to supply a reason for doing so. By using this website, you agree to abide by the decision of Eyeglasses.com if it decides to refuse to supply articles or provide services to you, and to forfeit any right or claims that you may have recourse to enforce Eyeglasses.com to supply articles or provide services to you.

Eyeglasses.com is a "customer service" business. Customers have many companies to choose from when making an eyewear purchase. We work hard to provide an "above and beyond" service level to our customers. We always do the best that we can. Our employees follow these four principals when working with customers, suppliers, other employees, and the world community: Kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity. We expect our customers to treat us with dignity, respect, and kindness. As a result, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE FOR RUDENESS policy: Customers that are rude, mean, unpleasant, and/or unreasonable may have their orders cancelled and fully refunded at any time, at the full discretion of Eyeglasses.com management.
